Major responsibilities include (1) LC‐MS for drug to antibody ratio (DAR) analysis of ADCs and LC‐MS/MS for antibody/peptide mapping, (2) antibody/ADC characterization via analytic HPLC (HIC‐, SEC‐, reverse phase, etc), (3) antibody/ADC purification and polish via FPLC and TFF. The ideal candidate will need to have hands‐on experience working with antibodies, and a deep knowledge of HPLC, LC‐MS/MS analytics, and FPLC purification that bridges organic chemistry and biochemistry.
